Shellie is a true professional who has local knowledge of the Tablelands. As I was selling on behalf of an Estate, Shellie's caring and compassionate nature helped to make a sad situation easier. With her local knowledge of the Tablelands Shellie was able to make suggestions on how to get the house ready for the market. This made the process of selling easier and I can't believe how quick the house sold. I would highly recommend Shellie and Nightingale Real Estate to anyone.

If there was a six star rating, Shellie would get it. Shellie is professional, patient, thorough and an excellent communicator. She listened to my requests and only showed me suitable properties. She was prompt in replying to my many questions. The property I bought was a deceased estate and Shellie was professional and empathetic with both vendor and purchaser. After settlement, Shellie was able to assist me with many other questions. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
Michelle was a dream to deal with. She understood what we wanted and delivered it. Extremely pleased, would recommend her to everyone.
All of the above were covered, all my questions through out the sale process answered. I found Michelle to be a very down to earth person, who takes owner ship in her work.
