Mitchell was extremely helpful, prompt, understanding & patient! We reached out to see if he had suitable properties & he mentioned one that was off market. We inspected it 2 days later, made an offer, negotiated & signed contracts then had our building inspection complete in only 5 days! He even bought a sold sticker for us so we could get a family photo.
