I was very pleased with the work Junius and Key did to sell my unit in Northcote. As I no longer reside in Victoria, I wanted to outsource all of the elements of selling my apartment. Junius was very helpful with arranging painting, repairs and staging. He made the whole process so easy for me! Whilst the sales approach is different to most other agents, its transparency is something not always observed in the sales/purchasing process.
