Great experience in a difficult market

Richard was very helpful in securing our next home despite a tough-to-price market. He answered all our questions promptly prior to auction and has been great in ensuring a smooth transition with the vendors. Highly recommend Richard given his professionalism and positive attitude.

Richard is highly qualifed, efficient and personable agent to deal with

We purchased our property from Richard's agency in 2008 and had his team manage the rental of it from 2014 to 2020. Richard has a friendly disposition, always made himself available for a chat and has provided the best advice in relation to the property. I would highly recommend his services.

Review of Simon Polinelli.

My wife and I met Simon in late August after seeing on site advertisement. We found Simon was knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the unit we wanted. He showed us the property in a friendly manner and relaxed environment despite the property work was still on-going and yet to be completed. There was no high pressure sale technique from him despite there were quite a number of units still available for sale. After moving in the apartment in mid November we were unsure how to operate electric induction cooking and Simon showed us the easiest way to do it. So far we have not found any other problem settling in the apartment and we are happy to recommend Simon to any potential real estate buyers.
