Tony, from the very first moment we met him was very engaging. His appraisal and approach of how we go to market was spot on, and his updates after each "open for Inspection" were timely and very honest, which we appreciated. He got us a really great offer on our place, which now means the property is SOLD. We can highly recommend him as the selling agent and if we were to sell again, we would absolutely use him and his team again.

JAMES WAS PLEASANT AND COUrTEOUS and widely knowledgeable. HE DISCUSSED THE TO'S AND FROS OF THE AUCTION EXPERIENCE. ALSO HE discussed the reality of the seller's wishes and hopes against the considerations of the buyer. single garage and especially road noise on spingvale rd pegged back the selling price...on a better day or time (maybe 2-3 months back), perhaps the sell price may have been higher by another 20-30k $ if lucky, but that's timing and wishful thinking perhaps... who knows? But the time is right for me to sell, only wich I could have decided earlier.
