Laura is hands down the best agent/consultant/negotiator for your property. My wife and I were on a strict timeline for getting our family home sold. We had gone with the option of buying first before selling and that option only allowed us a timeframe of 3 months to prepare the home for sale and complete settlement in that time frame.
