My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Steve purchasing our first home. As you can imagine as a first home buyer the process was incredibly emotional and stressful. We found Steve to be incredibly professional and down to earth - he went above and beyond the call of duty to look after us. Steve was very generous with his time and always gave us the time of day to answer our "silly questions" the experience, time and dedication from Steve was invaluable. Steve saw us through from the day we made our offer on the property right through to the end (settlement) - I strongly believe that is a testament to Steve's professionalism and commitment to his clients. We couldn't have purchased our first home without Steve's help and support. We will definitely without hesitation recommend Steve and the Harcourts team to family and friends in the future.

Jack was not the first agent we used but was by far the best. His communication was first class, his availability was perfect, it really felt like having someone in your corner.
