Linda. Smith went beyond expectations and made the selling of mother’s house next to mine a much less stressful experience than it could have been. She was very hands on and organised all she could to bring the property up to standard. There were. A few complications on our end with POA but with patience ,prodding and persistence settlement went through with success.
