Second, his quotes are reasonable, which reflects the market (not too high to lure people in). Third, he offers appropriate advice to improve the property before selling, accompanied by thorough explanations for why these recommendations are necessary. Fourth, he keeps the vendor updated, and given that I was not in Sydney when selling the property, the weekly communications help. Finally, the decision to wait for the auction or settle the deal before the date, based on the current data available, is well-informed.

Although the whole deal is not over yet, it has been very good so far. Found the experience to be very smooth. Everything seems to have been open and honest. I do think I've got a great deal. Obviously there may be hiccups down the track, but very happy so far.
