Phoebe and the team (incl the photographer) were very professional from the beginning and well versed in the area and the current market. They were diligent in their tenant searching process and prompt with any matters that needed to be addressed by both tenant and landlord. Very happy with them.

Lauren Muller is our agent from Buxton's Bentleigh. She is excellent in this role and has been during the entire time we have rented with Buxtons. She is prompt and capable and we are happy to continue with her looking after our property

When choosing an agent for our property I contacted 3 local agents. Lauren from Buxton's was the only one (out of the three) that followed up promptly, actually met with me at the property sat down and explained what they would offer and was competitive in the management fees. She has been great to deal with, on the ball with all communication. Very glad we went with Buxtons.

Phoebe has managed our property well and over time has found suitable tenants. The property remains well maintained and receiving detailed results of the inspections has been helpful and convenient. Where necessary Phoebe has represented us to the OC and provided very useful advice, and the rent is like clockwork. We're very happy with Buxton's and their professionalism.
