We interviewed several agents before making our decision. Adrian was by far the most professional and realistic. He was easily able to promote the positives of the property, whilst handling any negatives or objections with a very pleasant manner. His wealth of experience in both the suburb , recent sales and overall market were second to none. His human interaction and negotiation techniques were honest and classy , not what we have experienced in trying to buy a new home post the sale of this house. Adrian offered advice in preparation for sale, was realistic about the price range and set expectations which we agreed with. He managed to sell our house in 9 days at above market value and he and his team managed the entire process perfectly. We will defiantly be using Adrian and team again. From the beginning when we arrived from Townsville to Perth to look at a selection of homes in the area, it wasn't just the house we were impressed with, it was also Agent Carolyn. You can tell just how passionate she is about her job. When we went back to Townsville, we were always kept in the loop with the progress of the sale. Unfortunatly, we encountered some stress just before our settlement date that was due to the owners. I wont go into detail, but Carolyn went above and beyond to help us resolve this issue. I told my friends and family about Carolyn and they agreed how awesome it was of her to help us. To be perfectly honest, I can't think of one agent that would have done what she did to help us. Most agents would forget you existed once property settles and they receive their commission, but not Carolyn. She knew how hard of a time we were having after our interstate transfer, and her kindness and compassion saved us much heartache. Carolyn, I can't thank you enough. I have encountered many dodgy agents in the past, and if you are a buyer or seller especially in the Swan Area then do not hesitate to choose Carolyn for your agent. Going by the other reviews, sounds like there are a lot of other very satisfied buyers and sellers

Adrian delivered on what he promised. Fast sale with minimum fuss. He delivered at the bottom end of the given price range - however his price range was greater than other agents estimates. He clearly has a better “market knowledge”. He was always confident in the price we would attain and we sold at that price in 1 week. I am also confident at time of sale he extracted the best price there was in the market. Thanks
