We have been in contact with Mikaele over the past few weeks and have been very happy with her professionalism, kindness, support and efficiency. She has continually kept us informed with clear transparent communication and made our relocation really easy for us. Harcourts can be sure she represents their brand in an amazing way!
Harcourts Melbourne City
The following review is reflective of my experience with Harcourts Melbourne; more specifically Mikaele Horsnell. In both the early Lease Agreement discussions, and throughout the move-in process, Mikaele has demonstrated a consistently high level of professionalism and conscientiousness. Mikaele has addressed all matters and queries promptly and thoroughly, irrespective of their urgency or complexity. To date there has been no indication that my experience with Mikaele will not continue to be respectful, extremely well-coordinated and harmonious. I would not hesitate to recommend Mikaele as a highly competent Property Manager. It is noted that this review was completed in month 1 of a 12 month lease.

Every person that I dealt with in Harcourts have been amazing, I first spoke with Chloe and she was extremely helpful in organising the viewings, when we had the viewing we met with Daniella and again she was super professional and helpful to us. Our agent now Mikaele has been very supportive and helpful as we have moved in. I will be recommending anyone who is renting to go through Harcourts.

Great and easy process. Just moved into a studio with Tara as contact and she has been ultra responsive to all my requests/questions, facilitated second hand purchase with the previous tenants and on top of that really nice and patient every time. Many thanks to make this move a without stress experience!

Harcourts found us a new tenant very quickly and the handover process was seamless. Very detailed condition report provided. Very happy.

The receptionists were always really nice to deal with on the phone. I found the agent, Tara to be really up and down. Sometimes I found her to be really rude and abrupt. I really had to push for simple things that should be standard. After a few uncomfortable interactions with her I felt like contacting your management to ask if I could have a different agent.

We have had several dealings with the team at Harcourts Melbourne city. We would highly recommend Dionne’s team. Both Mikaele & Daniella have managed rental properties for us & are always professional & personable. Their service compares very favourably with other agents we have used.
