Just want to give a shout out to our agent Mikaele Horsnell who was very efficient and friendly during the whole process (and afterwards). She replied with communications instantly, was helpful with the whole process, and awesomely efficient in helping us get everything connected within a single day so we could move in earlier! 11/10 would now use Harcout Agency in the future.

I am 100% happy with the all the staff I have dealt with at Harcourts Melbourne City. I am especially satisfied with Danielle who is looking after my rental unit. Her attention to detail is impressive. I feel she is looking after my property as I would do myself but only better. I have no hesitation is recommending Harcourts.

We’ve recently signed with Harcourts and have been really impressed with the service so far. Responses have been very quick and there’s great coordination and communication between employees. Hoping that this level of service is maintained throughout the lease!

We have been very happy with our rentals management over many years thanks to Daniella, who was the reason we came to Harcourts. Since then we have also become vendors and again had confidence in Harcourts after meeting Dionne.

After trying several agencies over the years we found Harcourts in the city and have been very happy with their services. Harcourts is not only professional and efficient in managing our rental property but also easy to communicate with. We have had excellent property managers and they do not change frequently like many other agencies. Any issues and enquires are dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction.
