Harcourts have been managing my property for over a year now. I’m particularly impressed by their capacity to problem solve tenant changeover with understanding of all parties. I don’t have to chase them and they listen to all my requests. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service.

The ladies at Harcourts (Melbourne City) have all been outstanding in assisting — make that rescuing and fixing — a problematic situation arising from terrible past tenants with another property management agent. Property managers, Daniella and Mikaela, have since turned everything around very successfully in good time and with aplomb. Seriously, I’m probably what could be considered as a demanding customer, and I could not recommend them highly enough!
