After settling on my purchase through Harcourts, it was apparent the tenant I thought was staying had vacated. The selling agent at Harcourts immediately organised for the letting manager at Harcourts Daniella to inspect the property. Within 2 weeks I had the welcome news Harcourts had found me a fabulous tenant!! This was despite many other properties in the building being vacant for over a month and some for less rent. I found the letting team to be responsive, honest and offered great advice in terms of what repairs and furniture purchases were needed to secure a quality tenant quickly.
