Happy with our agency
Only been in Melbourne for 7 months but when we were looking for our apartment our agent was very helpful and told us what we needed to be able to get the apartment.

Top Agent! :)
After listing it with our long term agent, Harcourts tracked us down to advise us that our property was undervalued. They recommended it be listed $45 pw HIGHER! . . . and then said they would find a tenant within 14 days of them listing the property (using their "virtual styling" software to show the apartment at it's very best) . . . which they did! √√ The excited new tenant who just loves the apartment and location moved in just a week later :)

Knowledgeable, honest and timely communication
Daniella from Harcourts was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and honest about the property. She was timely in her responses, did what she said she would do, couldn't fault the whole process. It was so good in fact, I moved my property over to Harcourts to be managed as well!
