My husband and I first had the pleasure of meeting rachele a few years ago when she sold a house for us. We were very impressed with her market accuracy. She sold our investment property in 2 days at a price we were very happy with. We engaged her again this year to sell our mums house after she passed away. A very sad and stressful time. She sold the house in 6 days. Not only does she find the right type of purchaser so there are no problems with purchaser finance, building inspections etc she personally goes with the purchases to view the house and doesn’t send another person from the office. We would highly recommend rachele to anyone selling their house for her pleasant disposition, reliability, honesty and professionalism.

Having previously met with Rachele at an open house we had no hesitation in choosing Rachele as our selling agent. Rachele has to date sold 2 properties for us in the past 18 months and we could not be happier with her most pleasant attitude, trustworthiness, promptness and market knowledge. We have no hesitation in recommending Rachele to anybody as their buying or selling agent Kind Regards Gary & Sarina Ilott
