I have worked with many agents and regard Rachele as outstanding. From the start her style was distinctive: no flashy brochures and past sales brag sheets. Instead we got a level headed appraisal, a realistic and acceptable sales price, and a sensible approach to pre-sale renovation. Furthermore, Rachele kept all sales related costs to a minimum. Through the sale process she kept us frequently and fully informed with friendly emails and calls. At the end she negotiated a good sale at above the offer price. This was my second property sale with Rachele. Should there be a third I would go straight to Rachele.

Yes, I said it. Genuine, honest and down to earth. Rachele is the first agent I've come across that wasn't in your face, asking you questions trying to probe you for information. Rachele let the house sell itself and was always available to answer our questions throughout the sale. If I have another opportunity to buy again, I'd definitely go through Rachele. It has been a bit stressful selling our homes in the past but this time it wasn't. Jan priced the home well and she gave us plenty of knowledgable assistance and advice which put our minds at rest with the selling procedure. Our home sold quickly without and unnecessary delays. There was a concern for us with a clause the buyer wanted included in the contract but Jan explained it to us and reassured us that it wasn't a concern at all and we understood it was there for the buyer and the seller. For us it was just a matter of sitting back and letting Jan do the job she knows well.

Jan was very accommodating with us and helping us with a last minute showing. She also helped with talking to the vendor for special requests and keeping them up to date with our circumstances whilst also advising us of things that had been done like carpets being clean lawns, mowed etc. Thank you Jan for our home and all that you did.
