She's the easiest and most effective agent I've ever delt with. It was stressfree and she did her job, can't complain. Awesome.

It has been a bit stressful selling our homes in the past but this time it wasn't. Jan priced the home well and she gave us plenty of knowledgable assistance and advice which put our minds at rest with the selling procedure. Our home sold quickly without and unnecessary delays. There was a concern for us with a clause the buyer wanted included in the contract but Jan explained it to us and reassured us that it wasn't a concern at all and we understood it was there for the buyer and the seller. For us it was just a matter of sitting back and letting Jan do the job she knows well.

Thanks to Rachele the sale of my home was a smooth and stress free process. I was very happy to have a contract in 2 weeks of it going on the market and I got the price I was hoping for. I found Rachele to be very knowledgeable and always available to offer assistance or advice. I will be recommending Rachele to family and friends in the future.

Rachele was 100 per cent professional and very considerate considering my mothers age. She was enthusiastic with the presentation of the house and we had open and honest communication with her at all times. We were very satisfied with her service and advice. Would not hesitate to use Rachele again if the time arises.

Jan was very accommodating with us and helping us with a last minute showing. She also helped with talking to the vendor for special requests and keeping them up to date with our circumstances whilst also advising us of things that had been done like carpets being clean lawns, mowed etc. Thank you Jan for our home and all that you did.

Rachele went above and beyond to assist both parties in this sale, which for different reasons out of everyone’s control, did not go smoothly. Rachele was always patient, kind, willing to assist, understanding and reassuring in times of great stress and anxiety. She is professional, a great communicator and very personable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachele Jones.

Jan was great from beginning to end during the purchase of my property. With a great knowledge of the area and the market, as well as a willingness to pass on advice, Jan made the process much less stressful. When selling in future I’ll certainly be looking to list with Jan Jones RE.
