I just purchased a home with David. From the onset David was incredibly responsive and clear to understand. I always felt he was doing the best by his vendors and the purchasers. During the process he was very easy to deal with and made the whole process a positive experience, at a time that can be quite stressful. David and his team , big shout out to Karen , helped organise gardeners , cleaners trades etc to present our house beautifully. They were always easily contactable and provided well presented information regarding the current market. David was always positive and provided great immediate feedback after each open inspection. We took his advice regarding pricing , presentation and the number and timing of open for inspections. We were very happy that he succeeded in selling the house very quickly by conducting negotions without delay with all parties involved. Overall it turned out that the selling of our house was a lot less daunting than expected with the help of David and his team at OC.

In 2021 we downsized from our 10-acre property in Sellicks Hill. Nick's marketing proposal was professionally presented and comprehensive and as such we chose Nick from Ouwens Casserly out of 3 potential agents. We had no hesitation in engaging Nick and his team as our real estate agent as being local, they had a great understanding of the local market and set real expectations for us. The service then was exceptional and as such we engaged Nick and his team in January this year to sell a home for us in Willunga. Apart from the professionalism and experience, as well as the local knowledge, we find Nick and his office team both friendly and pleasant to deal with. In both instances we ended up closing our sales with higher results than we envisioned. Sean was easy and great to deal with throughout. Honest and clear in all regards. Protected our interests when buyer caused issues right up to settlement without losing the sale.
