From the moment Sharon met with my sister, Sharon quickly offered her advice on what to remove from our mother's cluttered house. For this, we engaged her to sell the 'in-need' of renovation but beautifully located house in Goodwood. Sharon quickly proved we had made the right decision by continuously involving in the preparation for going to market, made polite requests for out of hours inspections, and fully informed us after each open inspection. Any request from us re additional service providers was very quickly answered. Just prior to the auction, Sharon ensured that we fully understood the process and went through the likely number of bidders. Her performance as an auctioneer could not be faulted - Sharon was engaging, polite and even mildly amusing to the audience.
