From the outset Meagan demonstrated an exceptional degree of professionalism and expertise combined with tenacity and a considerable degree of stamina! The property had its inherent challenges, not helped by being marketed during the banking Royal Commission with its resulting tightening of lending criteria. Meagan overcame all of this and, in the end, achieved a sale we were all very happy with. Meagan has an engaging personality and is very communicative; in addition, she proved to be excellent in dealing with the tenants occupying the property, ensuring that the many open homes and inspections were conducted with a minimum of disruption and in a way that maintained harmonious relationships. We recently purchased a Property ‘ off market” in Hawthorne through Cathy Richards from Place in Bulimba and were really pleased with her efforts on all counts. Local knowledge of the areas, Integrity, superior communication skills , and a genuine interest in helping you, were all I things that stood out. The first thing we noticed at the first open house we attended with Cathy a week earlier was that Cathy and her assistant Zita (at the end of were sure what had been a long day) still stayed back 15 minutes to talk to us about what we wanted.) Hence, when she called that week, she already knew what we wanted. Cathy Ed is through the property and we made an offer immediately and Cathy handled all negotiations in a professional courteous manner and achieved an excellent result for both parties. To pull it all together leading into Christmas was also outstanding.
