Shannon was friendly and professional throughout the process of purchasing our house. She was always quick to respond to questions and gave great guidance along the way. It was never a problem for Shannon to find answers to our questions, or arrange viewings etc.

We engaged Meagan to market our investment property in Cannon Hill in September 2018. From the outset Meagan demonstrated an exceptional degree of professionalism and expertise combined with tenacity and a considerable degree of stamina! The property had its inherent challenges, not helped by being marketed during the banking Royal Commission with its resulting tightening of lending criteria. Meagan overcame all of this and, in the end, achieved a sale we were all very happy with. Meagan has an engaging personality and is very communicative; in addition, she proved to be excellent in dealing with the tenants occupying the property, ensuring that the many open homes and inspections were conducted with a minimum of disruption and in a way that maintained harmonious relationships. We cannot recommend Meagan highly enough.

Cathy and Zita were a great team. We found them very approachable. They also followed up and always got back to us with any questions we had about the property. We would highly recommend them!

Brenton did an amazing job of offering relevant advice on presale preparation to maximise return for our house in the market. He marketed the property in strategic manner which brought us a great return. I would highly recommend Brenton and his super reliable PA Morgan if selling in Brisbane!

Paula helped us sell our house in Brisbane while we were living overseas. It wasn't an easy task, but she got it done with a lot of long distance phone calls. I wouldn't hesitate recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We recently purchased a Property ‘ off market” in Hawthorne through Cathy Richards from Place in Bulimba and were really pleased with her efforts on all counts. Local knowledge of the areas, Integrity, superior communication skills , and a genuine interest in helping you, were all I things that stood out. The first thing we noticed at the first open house we attended with Cathy a week earlier was that Cathy and her assistant Zita (at the end of were sure what had been a long day) still stayed back 15 minutes to talk to us about what we wanted.) Hence, when she called that week, she already knew what we wanted. Cathy Ed is through the property and we made an offer immediately and Cathy handled all negotiations in a professional courteous manner and achieved an excellent result for both parties. To pull it all together leading into Christmas was also outstanding. Cathy is backed by the Place Group and it shows with their professionalism, well developed and highly regarded over 20 years now through Damian and Sara Hackett and Paul Curtain. We couldn’t recommend Cathy Richards or Place more highly and we have no doubt the reason we’re sitting in this home which we love is due to her and Zitas ability to think outside the square and their genuine interest in seeing us buy a property they knew we would love. Superb Cathy and we can never thank you enough.

Shannon was an excellent agent to deal with, even on leave she arranged for us to view our new home. She was there to answer all my first home buyer questions and respond really promptly to all my emails and messages.

Paula's and her teams business like manner is easy to deal with and makes things progress in a seamless fashion. This particular sale was tricky as the land for sale was still under construction at the time of marketing and took longer than expected to have ready for sale. Paula and her team persevered and kept me in the loop of market conditions and how this was impacting my sale. I am happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Paula.
