Daniel has been professional and efficient in communicating clearly with a strata committee who manage many difficult personalities and issues. By doing so he has prevented many dramas that previously drained my energies and financial resources. I am extremely grateful. The business has managed 2 change overs in tenants and despite receiving short notice have secured good tenants in good time. Daniel’s management of our property has been outstanding. There has been a recent change of tenancy. Daniel organised considerable renovations for our property. The renovations were completed to a high standard and a new tenant signed a lease within 3 weeks!
