I recently had the pleasure of working with Guy Bezzina and the team at PRD Perez Real Estate Maroubra to lease out my property in Maroubra, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the outset, the communication was clear, prompt, and professional. Guy demonstrated a deep understanding of the local market and provided valuable guidance throughout the entire process. Daniel has been a very good agent and also collectively PRD as a company. excellent customer service and support. but sometimes there can be a little push back by agent if landlord requests rental increase. Trust the landlord !

Having managed this apartment for some time, Daniel was completely on top of the process of finding a new suitable tenant at the right rental. In reviewing the physical state of the apartment when the tenant left, he recommended that certain work be done, and seamlessly arranged all that was necessary. This was followed by a successful reletting process, again a smooth operation, requiring virtually no landlord input. One would be hard pressed to find a better manager.
