I would like to publicly thank Daniel Moddel, Guy Bezzina and the team at PRD Perez Real Estate Maroubra for their recent efforts on finding a tenant for my property in Little Bay. The sitting tenants broke the lease early. Daniel swung into action and had secured a replacement tenant almost immediately. The result was a great new tenant and no loss of income to me.
