From Overseas to Home - Handled Perfectly

Thanks to the team at All About Rentals and especially to Mercedes Baker. Our property was managed by the team since 2018 when we moved overseas, we just moved back in and are so please with the condition of it. From selecting potential tenants, to organize a renovation during Covid and assisting us with selection of products, colours and all that has to do with a reno; to managing all that has to do with the property on our behalf we are glad that we chose the company to look after the house. Leased in One Inspection - Exceptional Service!

I have leased my property with all about rentals. Jailyn was very approachable, responsive and professional with us. She dealt with seeking providers to get our house ready for inspection. It took her 1 inspection to find us a lovely family to be our tenants. Highly recommend all about rentals and Jailyn if you want peace of mind.

Exceptional Support Through Every Stage

We’ve been renting through Mercedes for over a year now and honestly couldn’t speak more highly of her and the team at All About Rentals! About six months ago, the property went through a sale and change of ownership, and throughout the entire process they were incredibly supportive, reassuring, and transparent. Communication has always been outstanding - quick, clear, and professional. Any improvements we’ve requested have been handled positively and efficiently, which we’ve really appreciated. It’s so refreshing to deal with a property manager who genuinely cares. I truly couldn’t fault a thing and would highly recommend them!
