Upon completing year 12 Breanna took her first step into real estate as an assistant Property Manager, shortly after, she began managing her own portfolio. Having grown up in a family that believes very strongly in the long term benefits of property investment, Breanna has a very clear understanding of the concerns and aspirations of the many landlords she assists on a daily basis. Having witnessed first-hand the difference that various property managers had made to her parent’s investment performance over the years, it was no surprise that Breanna chose to pursue a career in this field as soon as she could. With this background in mind, it is no surprise that so many of Breanna’s clients mention factors like her strong communication skills, highly organized and thorough approach and her attention to detail as some of the key reasons she has made a difference to their own investment performance. Suri and Uaina have been exceptional throughout the entire purchase process, from exchange of contracts all the way through to selection of tenants. Suri, in particular has gone above and beyond helping us to get the house prepared, advertised and rented. Their communication was extremely thorough and very professional. It was such a great support having them with us as first time investors. I highly recommend both of them.
