Although we are grateful for being forwarded the opportunity to rent such a lovely house, at the end of the day that's their job to find tenants on behalf of the Landlord. From there on we have found their customer service and bedside manner to be cold, clinical and impersonal. They seem more focused on protocol and procedure than on friendliness and delivering above average customer service. By no means have they been impolite or rude, just cold and unfriendly. After collecting the keys on a Friday afternoon and heading straight to the property to clean prior to moving in the next day and the Sunday, I was admitted to hospital on the Monday morning at 7am and underwent surgery. Not being discharged until the Wednesday evening. We were 24 hours late returning our copy of the condition report due to this chaos of moving then being admitted to hospital straight away. Ray White refused any requests to show compassion or understanding to our situation, and rejected our condition report. Choosing to follow protocol to the letter over showing any compassion. If the condition reports matched perfectly we wouldn't be so concerned. But their copy had a few discrepancies which we wanted to be noted upon our entry to the lease contract. In this day of social media and consumer satisfaction surveys, we would expect customer service to be of an above average standard. Disappointed in Ray White Cranbourne.
