We are first time renters and not sure it all works from application through to taking the keys. Application was relatively easy however if older maybe a bit harder to do. The earlier part was a bit hard to get hold of staff if required any assistance but emails seems to work okay. When first received the keys and started to move in we had a power issue, this all happened on a Saturday rang there office and an email was sent off. Come Monday morning they made contact with us and one of there staff came to the house and sorted the issue out, at this stage we haven’t moved in yet. If we had been moved in they would had contact us near straight away on the Saturday. So it was good they came themselves to check out the issue.

I have been with RW for 2 years now and just put up my second house for rent with them too. My property manager is always on the ball and extremely organised with all the works and requests made from either myself or the tenant. I find the PropertyMe tool very easy to use and for me to track all records and expenses made, which is a life saver come tax time. I don't know many property management businesses with such a tool and have found from friends that their paperwork ends up being everywhere over email, which is also risky and very messy .
