Jessica Tiraboschi was quick to action on getting a lease signed and us moved into the property, everything after that has been unpleasant. Our overpriced, dilapidated rental has had plentiful issues. Jessica is impossible to reach, quick to downplay these problems and maintenance requests, and difficult to work with. She does an excellent job of saving our landlords money, establishing her ‘not my problem’ attitude from the get go. Upon discussion with the other renters in the complex, it was also established that Space Property has listed the rent greatly higher than other, identical properties. Jessica has left me riveted waiting for the day my lease expires.
