Whilst Jessica and the team always ensure the owners interests are the priority to achieve this they/we have established a great manager/tenant relationship to ensure the lease proceeds as agreed and any issues are resolved jointly. These agents are so genuinely lovely and professional. I have had a terrible experience with a past agent somewhere else and SPACE was a breathe of fresh air. They were super responsive and even allowed us a second private inspection to confirm that we wanted to the place. I would recommend SPACE to others - I feel like they are just good property managers (kind and just genuine and responsible people).
