I have been extremely pleased with my interactions with SPACE PADDINGTON over the past 5 years I have been with them. Prior to this I was trying to manage my property from my home in regional Qld. Since shifting to SPACE my life has been far less stressful. The correspondance with my agent has been extremely efficient, clear, friendly and professional. The agents I have had understand my property, my wishes and their tenants. Currently, my agent (Jessica) is handling change of tenants and some tree issues with neighbours plus plumbing issues associated with recent rain events. I am quite happy not to have to deal directly with this, knowing that it is in her competent hands ( whilst keeping me up to date on all matters) I highly recommend this agency.

Jasmine at Space Property was awesome to deal with, right from the get go! This was my first time leasing my property and Jasmine explained everything to me and had open and honest communication throughout the process. Jasmine advertised my property initially on a Friday, arranged the first inspection for the following day on Saturday, and had summaries of several applications to me by Tuesday, on which day a leasing agreement was signed for a rental sum over and above my expectation. I have complete confidence in her and the team at Space Property.

I have used Space Property Paddington Leasing before and was very happy with their service, efficiency, and attention to detail.
