Jess and Jasmine were excellent, they were efficient, thorough and quickly had my property tenanted and organized a smooth handover between tenants. They liaised with maintenance teams for repair which was an enormous help as an owner interstate and respond to requests and communication promptly. I would highly recommend the team. I purchased an investment unit from Space Property with Tessa Wong at Spring Hill. The whole purchasing process with Tessa was flawless. She was honest, friendly, communication was on point, answered everything I wasn't sure about or had no idea about , kept me in the loop on everything, and actioned anything I asked for- she was just amazing to deal with, makes it easy when you're stressing out. So I get a Double Bonus here as well, after settlement with Tessa she referred me to Jasmine Davis- Leasing Manager at Space Property, to rent out my unit, I didn't say yes straight away as I just wanted to do my research and compare costs and review other agencies, thought it might be easier to go with agencies that were closer to my property, but , Nope! Reviews on so many real estates in the city were terrible, I read so many stories and reviews, an amusing read but there were so many very poor reviews, just from lack of or no communication from real estates at all. That is the basic minimum that everyone asks for. I went straight back to Jasmine Davis to sign up, so glad I did, she has the exactly the same traits as above that I wrote for Tessa. Jasmine was on point with everything on the rental side, she also placed a tenant into my unit within a week! I am a very happy customer!! Keep up the great work!
