Wow! What a professional outfit. From the Purchase of our property right through to the Leasing. SALE: Nicole Divine providing all assistance as well as changing her owns plans to allow us to view this property whilst we were in town, was key to finding the property perfect for us. Her expertise, local knowledge, contacts and genuine friendly nature provided us with the appropriate tools to allow for swift (and on time) settlement. LEASING: We knew we were onto a good thing and jumped at the chance to have Space manage our property also. Jasmine Davis proved further evidence of how Space successfully operates. Jasmine reached out promptly introducing herself and went above and beyond to provide property management advice - she also made contact with the relevant stakeholders to arrange approval for an Open House inspection prior to settlement. On the same week of settlement, we had a signed lease agreement and a well suited tenant move in to the property! Sale to Lease has never been so straight forward.
