Lynette & the team at space have been amazing from start to finish. After taking over the management from another agency, unfortunately, Lynette inherited an unco-operative & difficult tenant that left damages stopped paying rent & vacated without notice. Lynette managed to secure a new tenant & have all damages repaired within 7 days. I would highly recommend Lynette & the team at Space for anyone that’s looking for a 5 star service from their agents.

I highly recommend Space as a landlord. They are excellent in all aspects of property management- from leasing a property from one inspection by well worded advertising and being very on hands with open for inspections. They have wonderful knowledge of the property market advertising at the perfect weekly rent. They have managed the property very effectively for many years balancing the cost of urgent and other necessary repairs and maintenance. Highly recommended.

After finding out our long term tenents had bought a house of their own recently and had given notice -we were apprehensive at the thought of our property being vacant for weeks on end. Thanks to Lynette and Space we had a new lease signed within 4 days of notice being given and we found Lynette was very informative and kept us up to date with everything that was going on.
