About Natasha

Natasha began her career in real estate six years ago, at a real estate agency in the Eastern Suburbs. Natasha finds that working in real estate gives her a great sense of belonging as there are so many different characters in the office to chat to every day. Natasha prides herself on providing consistency, showing compassion and always being honest and committed to providing high-quality service to her clients, to ensure their investment is in the best hands. Natasha thrives on stability and structure, her workdays are very organised so she is available to speak to her clients and action any matter that is needed that day. With a wealth of customer service experience, and problem solving skills Natasha is able to deal with any challenging situation that may come her way. The family element of Pulse as well as her clients is what makes Natasha happy to come to work each day. On the weekends you will find Natasha spending time with her partner and their Sausage dogs, Luna and Maple who also visit the Pulse office every now and again.

About Morgan

With an easy going and approachable nature and seven years’ experience in Property Management, Morgan joined the Pulse Team in April 2023. Morgan’s background as a trained and working actress along with a career in Retail Management; enables her to focus her skills on effective communication and understanding body language, intent and motivation of people enabling her to see things from both sides of a situation resulting in affective conflict resolution. Detailed orientated with an interest in Real Estate from an early age, Morgan believes in honesty and integrity in all things and brings an understanding and appreciation of all perspectives in a situation. Outside of work Morgan enjoy spending time with her friends, family, and partner. Reading, watching movies, arts and crafts, Muay Thai kick boxing and playing with her two cats.

Quick to act

We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!

Service - above and beyond !

Big thank you to Jasmine and the rental team at Pulse Property. Our unit was successfully leased within a week of contacting the Agency. Communications were prompt and detailed allowing us to select a suitable tenant. All forms able to be completed on line via email. Just dropped off the keys and Jasmine did the rest - wonderful !
