Wow, what an amazing agent, John guided us and gave us his connections to help us with who to get for cleaning, styling, small repair jobs and tradespeople. I highly recommend not only using John Bradley as your agent, I also recommend following his recommendations to get the best return for your home. His office staff and behind the scenes staff are amazing too. Our house was photographed on the Tuesday morning, it was online Tuesday afternoon and open houses were on Saturday. Prior to listing, we researched the agents in our area. Having lived in Aspley for about 30 years, i knew of the long term agents fairly well. I spoke with 4 agents (Ray White, Watt, Lj Hooker and Place). Tristan was the only one that could easily articulate what his approach to selling our property would be and had the runs on the board to back up his claims. From day 1 he was out of the blocks and running. His Facebook campaigns were truly innovative and i don't see anyone else doing the same thing. We had been trying to sell our property that was burning a hole in our pockets since August 2017. Switched to Place Aspley in November 2017, with the outlook that things might slow down over christmas but knowing Tristan and his team would give it a good going for us and sell this battle axe property. We certainly had our ups and downs with each week and open house that passed, but it wasn't without honesty, open communication, tell it how it really is opinions and prompt contact with us. Good news or mediocre news was communicated each weeks, the plan of how Place Aspley 'ran' their communication was helpful too, you knew that Monday was their busiest day and you may not get a call straight away but you'd always get a call. We were thankful to hear from Tristan about his thoughts and expertise in the market and 'strategy' to influence or draw buyers in with tactics each week. This is what sold our house. It is nice to know that he cared about us as well as selling the property. His knowledge is really quite amazing. We have really enjoyed working with Tristan during the sale of our house and it was sad to 'break up' with his addictive personality, frequent phone calls and business as it was such an important time in our lives.
