He provided broad perspectives & insights with regard to buyers that both explained his marketing strategy which gave me reassurance that the right decisions were being made along the way. With the assistance of his team, communication was effective. I was confident that they were across the details & would be in contact if any action on my part was required. My property sold after the first Open for Inspection. The buyers had included a clause requiring Body Corporate approval for 2 dogs. My conveyancer and I both had misgivings about this but Tristan clearly explained strategies that had been successful for him in the past- and it was again this time!
