We interviewed Tristan with the plan to interview other agents also After 45 minutes we were convinced he would be our agent He laid out his plan to sell our house but it was his confidence and self belief that he could sell and at a good price ,that gave us confidence and belief. We were planning to spend time and money on cosmetic upgrades but Tristan was confident he could sell the property as is.
