John and Matt are the perfect team and we were so happy that we chose to go with John Bradley from Place realestate Aspley. From start to finish he kept us up to date with every stage of the sale process. He presented us with the plan of how he were going to sell the home and followed through with a perfect result in a very short time. He is supported by a great team of people and we highly recommend John and his team if you wish to sell your home

We were very happy with the strategy and process undertaken by Tristan and team to market our two properties. The results speak for themselves with Tristan delivering suburb record sale prices on both properties we sold with him. Tristan's strategy was very pro-active, utilising unique and innovative marketing techniques to attract the type of buyers likely to pay a premium price, rather than just listing on realestate.com.au and waiting for buyers already looking in the immediate area to come and find us. He successfully generated a very high level of buyer interest from outside the area and interstate which I believe was key to achieving the record sale prices. Not only did Tristan demonstrate that he understood and was aligned with our objectives, he enthusiastically embraced the challenge of achieving well above other agents price expectations, and he has a track record that gave us confidence he would succeed. Easy to deal with, exceptional market knowledge, sales and marketing skills, communication, and a great result.

This is the third time we have dealt exclusively with Tristan on property sales/purchases and he has been successful in getting a result each time. Tristan also assisted us with contacts to get our property ready for sale which was very helpful. Tristan is a dedicated person who made himself available after hours on many instances to deal with our queries. His determination to get the result is much appreciated.

John did a far better job than I ever expected from a a real estate agent. He knew the market intimately, did not over promise on what was possible, was honest in the feedback he gave us on our property and took away all the stress selling our house. He is a master of strategy and represented our interests strongly with a great marketing strategy and I believe we got the best possible price for our house. Strongly recommended.

I always get a bit sceptical of real estate agents who talk a big game. Tristan is a very confident agent who delivered on everything that he promised. He presented the property well, he communicated with me regularly and told me the reality, not what I wanted to hear. He backed up his promises with facts and delivered a great result. Would I use him again? Absolutely!

Just recently we had the pleasure of working with John and his associate Matt in the sale of our home. From the first meeting we found John and Matt very knowledgeable about the real estate process and the sale of homes in our area. Throughout the sale process John maintained excellent communication with us by telephone and in person, was very client oriented , and made sure that we were always well informed about our situation. Whenever we needed to contact him he responded either immediately or returned our call as soon as possible. He actually listened to our concerns and requests and went out of his way to facilitate the sale. With John’s expertise and diligence we sold our home quickly and he was able to negotiate a price we were very happy to accept. If you want to work with an agent who exudes positive energy then don’t look any further! We would work with both John and Matt again in a heartbeat!
