John is a highly skilled marketer and communicator. Selling our place was a challenge beyond most agents, in our view. Being a quirky but beautiful and well presented rural residential property, there were many unique issues that required John to draw deep on his prodigious skill set. His communication skills were impressive. He kept us fully informed at every point of the process and was honest and candid. He contacted us several times per week and provided frequent and insightful interpretations of the realestate.com.au data. More importantly and pivotal to the successful sale, John had a series of strategies that he strategically employed as the situation required.
