We found Tristan Rowland from PLACE to be highly efficient and friendly. We would recommend him in an instant to anyone selling as he sticks by you right to the very end, keeps you informed all the way through and has a fantastic team behind him - and brings you great coffee. Having only decided to sell our house in last December and putting the house on the Market in January; Tristan delivered on all promises and sold our house for the price he estimated. He was also able to sell our house in a little over a week from putting it on the market. Strongly recommend Tristan & his team. They delivered on all fronts!

What an excellent agent. John took the time to assist us to prepare the property to achieve the best result. It was not straightforward and a considerable negotiation was required on Johns part. We achieved the desired result with an unconditional contract within a week of listing.

Having never sold a home before, but having heard many stories from others who had, we were uncertain about what to expect from an agent and the entire sale process. When we first met John, we were impressed by his knowledge of selling a house in our area, his marketing strategies, and his thorough explanation about the process of selling, what to expect and what would be happening along the way. He was friendly and enthusiastic, and always kept us informed of how everything was progressing. He achieved the outcome we were hoping for. We would recommend John to others selling their house.

We can't recommend Tristan and the team at Place Aspley highly enough. From the first meeting with Tristan, his market knowledge was obvious. This first meeting set very high expectations on both price and time on market, and I honestly expected to be disappointed on both, but I wasn't. We sold in two days from listing, and for a price that we were very happy with. Everything both before and after the sale was done quickly and efficiently, and we were kept informed at every step of the way. Give Tristan and Place Aspley the first shot at selling your house.

John was excellent throughout the sale process right from the initial meeting through to unconditional. Frequent honest communication meant we knew how the sale was progressing and kept realistic expectations. John exceeded those expectations in terms of prices and service level. He undertook additional legwork to keep the property in presentation status, negotiated with an uncooperative neighbour, attracted the right people through a clever marketing strategy all of which contributed to a great outcome. We couldn't speak highly enough of John.

John is a highly skilled marketer and communicator. Selling our place was a challenge beyond most agents, in our view. Being a quirky but beautiful and well presented rural residential property, there were many unique issues that required John to draw deep on his prodigious skill set. His communication skills were impressive. He kept us fully informed at every point of the process and was honest and candid. He contacted us several times per week and provided frequent and insightful interpretations of the realestate.com.au data. More importantly and pivotal to the successful sale, John had a series of strategies that he strategically employed as the situation required. We cannot speak highly enough of John's commitment and approach. We've bought and sold several properties and this was without doubt the most challenging and as such has enabled us to form the strongly positive view of John we express here. Without John we have no doubt we would be languishing on the market. A true professional with boundless energy.

Dealing with John Bradley was a pleasure for me and my family. He is very professional, friendly and supporting and, best of all, he delivered what he promised. We spoke to three real estate agents, all professional and friendly, but we chose to go with John because his of his positive attitude and determination which we thought was the key difference and we were not disappointed.
