When considering selling my property, I sent an email out to five agents in the area that seemed to have a lot of properties on the market. I asked for market appraisals and a proposal. I got a few back, but Tristan called me instead and blew me away with his market knowledge and passion. Even though he was asking for a bit more than the other agents (advertising budget etc) I was impressed with his style and his expertise. I am so glad that I went exclusively with him. My property ended up having some really technical challenges, and Tristan persevered and in the end managed to sell the property. He kept me informed along they way, gave me great advice when I needed it and was honest and upfront with me at all times. I cannot recommend him more highly. I would not consider using any other agent. He knows the market inside out, and always has your best interests at heart, not just a sale.
