We have had our property rented through Buxton for a number of years and we couldn't be happier. The team are all so friendly and responsive - we could ask for a better team to have on our side.

Our experience in dealing with Paris has been excellent. She is clear with her communication, prompt to respond to requests and is eager to ensure both the tenants and landlord are kept happy( not an easy task at times). Our experience in dealing with Buxton has been generally positive. Entirely dependent on the property manager at the time.

Josh and Paris at Buxton have been a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciate how friendly and helpful they have been in onboarding us as an out-of-town client. After having issues with another company, it has been an absolute breath of fresh air, and they have gone above and beyond to make this a smooth process. We look forward to our future working relationship with the team at Buxton Ballarat.

I have only been with Buxton Real Estate for a short time but in that time they have been very professional. I hope that we can continue working with them for many years.
