We handed a brand new property to Buxton Ballarat, but Jasmine did not care about the house. Tenanat left the property with damage and she did nto communicate to us and try to settle things on her own. Tenant paid only $165 for damaging walls and the work she conducted was terrible. One year old house is looking like 10 years old house and there was lot of hiding and miscommunications with us. I wish i have a better property agent, the previouse agent Kellie was great!

We recently attended an open for inspection for a rental property. The agent Tayla was very welcoming and personable. We had pre-filled our application before the inspection and applied straight away upon leaving. We were approved within hours and the whole process has been so easy and seamless, with Tayla keeping us informed and updated the whole way through.
