Paris has been managing my rental for quite a while now and is doing an outstanding job.She is very efficient and thorough and nothing is too much trouble for her. The agent meeting us for the inspection was welcoming, happy to talk after the inspection and very helpful. There are plenty of notifications to update you on the progress of your application. Communication is clear. We have the lovely Paris as our property manager. She is very quick to respond, welcoming, helpful and has made the whole process very easy and exciting :) Highly recommend Buxton Ballarat!

I've been waiting for over two weeks for the sign to be removed. I've sent two emails and was told it would be taken down, but it still hasn’t happened. We moved into a rental property that wasn’t checked before we received the keys, and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. I haven’t had as much problem with dealing with real estate as I did with Buxton I also haven’t been getting responses. I’ve sent emails, but only hear back after following up multiple times
