This is my 1st time renting and I was very lucky to have as my Property Manager, Jasmine Gillett-Veenstra. She has guided me through the whole process, been available for me to talk to when needed and is always happy to come and guide me through any problems I have had along my journey. She has been extremely helpful and her professionalism shines through. Thank you Jasmine

The responsiveness of the team from the outset was professional and warm. Unfortunately, I was unable to accept the property, the team were super understanding, worked proactively to find a solution and communicated with me throughout. A very honest, responsive and professional team.

Paris has been managing my rental for quite a while now and is doing an outstanding job.She is very efficient and thorough and nothing is too much trouble for her. Her communication skills are excellent and very pleasant to deal with. I can’t reccomend Paris highly enough and Buxton should be very happy to have her. Regards, Adrian La Fontaine

We received great customer service from the Property Management team while securing a rental property from interstate. Nothing was too hard, and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Has made our move much less stressful.
