We had a wonderful experience purchasing our investment property through Buxton Ballarat. Tim Veal was professional, helpful and patient as we navigated the process. We are truly grateful.

I've been waiting for over two weeks for the sign to be removed. I've sent two emails and was told it would be taken down, but it still hasn’t happened. We moved into a rental property that wasn’t checked before we received the keys, and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. I haven’t had as much problem with dealing with real estate as I did with Buxton I also haven’t been getting responses. I’ve sent emails, but only hear back after following up multiple times

We couldn't fault Nicole at Buxton Ballarat from the time we asked to inspect the property until we took over the lease. Nicole arranged an inspection very quickly, was very personable at the inspection and has answered all our queries since very promptly and efficiently. We are very happy with Buxton Ballarat.

Buxton Ballarat has been fantastic to work with as a landlord, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service they’ve provided. From the very beginning, the team made the process of finding reliable tenants smooth and stress-free. Their communication is always clear, timely, and professional, which has given me a great deal of confidence in their ability to manage my property effectively. A special mention goes to Paris, who has been amazing throughout the entire process. She is proactive, approachable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s reassuring to know that my property is in such capable hands. I highly recommend Buxton Ballarat to any landlord looking for professional and reliable property management.
