We purchased a property (via Mark NUNN), and utilised Buxton's services to plan and implement the rental process (Josh WALHOUSE). During the process (Paris BEDGGOOD), a rental appraisal, advertising and rental tenure was conducted and a new tenant was chosen very quickly. This has meant the property has not sat empty for very long, and the process was quick and easy from a landlord standpoint. So far, no issues and very happy with the work.
