I didn’t have a great experience particularly with communication with a different agency prior to working with Buxton, but Buxton has reassured that they would be second to none and they have been exactly what I have been looking for. We purchased a property (via Mark NUNN), and utilised Buxton's services to plan and implement the rental process (Josh WALHOUSE). During the process (Paris BEDGGOOD), a rental appraisal, advertising and rental tenure was conducted and a new tenant was chosen very quickly. This has meant the property has not sat empty for very long, and the process was quick and easy from a landlord standpoint. So far, no issues and very happy with the work.
