After having an extremely difficult time trying to find somewhere comfortable and safe to rent and reside, Buxton Real estate and their staff came to my rescue. With much respect, excellent communication, kindness and understanding they assisted and approved a property for me within no time. I feel extremely grateful that the stress and anxiety has been lifted and I am now looking forward to moving very soon into a new property. I’m even more grateful for their assistance as the property that I reside in is up for sale and we have worked really well together to accommodate each other for a rental for myself and the sale for the property that I am in. After signing the house contract, no one responded to my questions. After moving in, there were many issues, and when I contacted them via email and text, no one replied. They often didn’t answer calls. The gas stove has a problem, and they just gave me a number to contact on my own. I will never choose Buxton again.

Jessica has been great in managing our rental property and been very proactive and efficient in advertising and leasing the property out when our long standing tenants moved out. We only had a week downtime in between tenants which was great.
