I have been impressed by the service provided by the property management team at Buxton Ballarat. I have worked with a few companies across Australia so I know this doesn't come as standard. We were managing our property remotely, so we relied on the team to be our eyes and ears. Josh Walhouse went over and above from this perspective, providing inspections, advice and organising maintenance to get our property ready for rental in record time. Josh then handed over to Marisa O'Doherty who also deserves a special shout out. It is evident how much experience she brings to the table, and her efficiency and advice was highly valuable throughout the leasing period. This was also completed in record time so, thankfully for us, our property was only vacant for a short time. Communication across the board was also great, so we felt like we were in safe hands throughout the whole process. I look forward to continuing to work with the team at Buxton Ballarat.
